Product Description

The inserted socket fixing magnet consists of NdFeB magnet, steel casing and thread rod. NdFeb magnet is with NiCuNi plating and steel is plated with zinc or other coating to prevent corrosion.

The max working temperature of the magnet is 80 ℃. If the higher working temperature is needed,  higher grade NdFeB magnets will be necessary then.The contact surface should be clean and flat otherwise the actual magnetic force will be reduced. The socket fixing magnet is the best item for premaking holes or fix pipes on precast concrete.The magnetic force and sizes could be designed according to customers' requirements.
